Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans.* Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.* Lead product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.* Support and train the sales team to ensure strong product knowledge and execution.* Monitor product performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.* Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization.Qualifications & Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Vet or a relevant medical field.* Proven experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.* Experience in the following specialties is required: Diabetes or Cardiovascular * Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.* Excellent presentation and leadership abilities.* High level of ownership, creativity, and result orientation.
