TPM Infrastructure (Banking Infrastructure Program)We are currently looking for an experienced TPM Infrastructure professional to support a large-scale banking infrastructure program based in New Cairo, Egypt.Location: New Cairo, EgyptWork Setup: OnsiteProject Duration: Initial 12-month contract (with extension)This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in infrastructure, colocation, and network engineering who have transitioned into technical project or program management responsibilities.You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of critical infrastructure initiatives, ensuring successful coordination between internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders while maintaining project timelines, risks, and dependencies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of infrastructure and network-related projects within a banking environment.Coordinate and manage colocation, data center, and network infrastructure initiatives.Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities.Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.Engage with vendors and external partners to ensure timely execution of project milestones.Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders and project sponsors.Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.Required ExperienceStrong experience in infrastructure engineering, network engineering, or data center/colocation environments.Proven experience managing infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery.Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and external vendors.Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, and data center operations.Experience with project governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Ability to bridge technical and business discussions effectively.Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.Preferred QualificationsBackground as a Network Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Infrastructure Architect.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.Experience delivering large-scale enterprise infrastructure transformation programs.
