In this role, you will own product positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, major product launches, sales enablement, and customer insights to ensure our client's innovative offerings stand out and resonate deeply with the target market.Key Responsibilities:GTM & Positioning: Develop and execute impactful product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate products in the market.Product Launches: Plan and lead cross-functional product launches, collaborating closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to maximize awareness and adoption.Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and strategic positioning opportunities.Sales Enablement: Create high-impact sales tools, including competitive battle cards, presentations, case studies, and comprehensive product guides to empower commercial teams.Collateral Creation: Own the development of core marketing assets, such as datasheets, technical whitepapers, engaging web content, and integrated promotional campaigns.Demand Generation: Collaborate with the Demand Gen team to craft targeted campaigns that drive product interest, customer adoption, and revenue growth.Product Evangelism: Serve as a key internal and external advocate for the portfolio, interfacing directly with customers, partners, and prospects.Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market dynamics to recommend product enhancements and optimize marketing strategies.Key Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics or Electromechanical specialization is highly preferred).Experience: 6 to 10 years of proven experience in a dedicated Product Marketing role.Skills: Deep understanding of market research, strategic positioning, and structuring complex go-to-market strategies.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical engineering features into clear, value-driven customer benefits.Collaboration: A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, sales, and marketing ecosystems.Mindset: Highly analytical, data-driven decision-maker with solid experience navigating B2B or specialized B2C markets.Working Conditions & Benefits:Type: Full-time, On-site role.Schedule: 2 days off per week.Compensation: Highly attractive remuneration package.
