Roles & Responsibilities:Oversee production process and ensure efficiency and quality based on company standardsIdentify damages and investigate all production problemsMonitor production lines for any damages, technical issues, or deviations, and escalate complex problems to Production LeadConduct basic quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and report findingsEnsure the implementation of production schedules and plansFollow and support implementation of safety, health, and environmental guidelines on the production floor.Assist in organizing plant start-up and shut-down activities under supervision to minimize production loss.Perform quality checks to make sure quality standards are followedMaintain production records, logs, and reports for performance monitoring and review by senior staff.REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS3-4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, with leadership responsibilities.Strong knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards.Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles.Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and other relevant software.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
