We are investing in our manufacturing operation and building a disciplined, quality-driven production organization. This is a pivotal hire: the Production Manager will own the factory floor end-to-end and serve as the single point of command for daily manufacturing performance.The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on, technically strong Production Manager to lead all production activities — from injection molding through, printing, assembly, sealing, packaging, and sterilization. You will be accountable for output, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery, and for turning a capable factory into a high-performing, well-run operation. You will bring order and discipline to the floor while building a motivated, accountable team.This role suits a leader who can hold the line on standards and command respect across the shop floor, while working diplomatically and constructively with peers across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & outputOwn daily production planning and execution across injection molding, printing, assembly, sealing, packaging, and sterilization to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets.Drive overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), reduce scrap and rework, and eliminate recurring defects — with particular focus on the assembly and sealing stages.Establish, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for every production stage.Quality & compliancePartner closely with Quality and Regulatory to ensure all output meets medical-device standards and specifications (ISO 13485 / GMP).Build in-process quality controls and a culture where operators own quality at the source.Cross-functional coordinationCoordinate daily with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, HR, and Supply Chain to keep the line running and resolve bottlenecks quickly.Work with Maintenance to shift the plant from reactive repairs toward planned, preventive maintenance.Align with Supply Chain and Warehouse on materials, tooling, and inventory to prevent stoppages.Leadership & peopleLead, develop, and hold accountable shift supervisors, line leaders, and operators.Establish clear, single-point command on the floor: set expectations, enforce discipline, and ensure instructions are carried out — while leading with fairness, respect, and professionalism.Build a stable, motivated team through training, coaching, and clear performance standards.Continuous improvementIdentify and lead cost, yield, and productivity improvements.Use data (downtime, scrap, throughput) to drive decisions and sustain gains. Required QualificationsMinimum 8 years in plastics injection molding manufacturing, including the molding of precision / sensitive parts to tight tolerances.At least 3 years in a production leadership role managing supervisors and operators.Strong command of injection molding processes, tooling, and troubleshooting.Proven track record of improving quality, yield, and on-time delivery.Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.Fluent Arabic; good working English.Strongly PreferredExperience manufacturing medical disposables, ideally syringes and/or I.V. sets.Familiarity with cleanroom / controlled-environment production and ISO 13485 medical-device quality systems.Experience establishing SOPs and quality discipline in a factory that previously lacked them.Experience leading an operational turnaround or a significant performance-improvement effort.Leadership Competencies We ValueStrong character and presence — commands respect and ensures disciplined execution on the floor.Decisive and accountable — owns outcomes and does not pass blame.Diplomatic and collaborative — builds strong working relationships with peers and other departments.Steady under pressure — fair, calm, and consistent with the team.
