As we invest in our people, processes, and capacity, we need a strong HR leader to help us build an organization that matches our ambitions.What success looks likeWithin your first 12 months, you will have built a credible, trusted HR function: a clear org structure and well-defined roles, fair and consistent policies, a healthy relationship with the workforce and management alike, and a pipeline of the critical hires the business needs. You'll be the person both a line operator and a department head trust to be fair, level-headed, and on top of the details.What you'll doOwn the full HR function — recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and compliance — across both factory and office staff.Lead recruitment for key roles, partnering with department heads to define needs and bring in strong candidates.Build and enforce fair, consistent HR policies and SOPs, and ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.Serve as the bridge between management and the workforce — resolving disputes, surfacing concerns early, and keeping communication open and constructive across every level of the company.Develop training and capability-building programs that close skill gaps on the shop floor and strengthen the management bench.Advise leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and the people side of operational improvement. RequiredProven experience leading the HR function in a manufacturing environment — you have worked inside factories and understand shop-floor realities firsthand.A genuine leader and manager: you can set direction, hold people accountable, and earn respect from both blue-collar and white-collar teams.Diplomatic and even-handed — equally comfortable sitting with a production worker, a line supervisor, and a senior executive, and trusted by all of them.Strong working knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and HR compliance.Solid command of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.PreferredExperience in the 6th of October industrial zone (strongly preferred).Track record of building or restructuring an HR function, not just maintaining one.Fluent Arabic and good English.
