We offer customized and innovative solutions to the local industrial players, as well as to export markets in Africa and the GCC.We are currently looking for a dedicated candidate with a passionwho wants to join us in the following position:Production Team LeaderLocation: Obour City Purpose of the job:responsible for executing the daily production plan efficiently by ensuring high productivity, minimizing losses, and maintaining full compliance with GMP, GHP, safety, and quality standards within the production area.Role Description: Lead daily production operations to ensure achievement of production targetsCoordinate with Supply Chain to execute the production plan efficientlySupervise operators and ensure proper machine operation, processing, packaging, and sorting activitiesEnsure full compliance with safety rules, GMP, and GHP standardsMonitor productivity, quality, and losses and take corrective actions when neededManage daily workforce attendance and shift organizationPrepare and report production performance and operational resultsTrain, guide, and develop production operators to improve performanceConduct performance evaluations and support continuous improvementAct as a communication bridge between workers and management to resolve operational issuesEnsure efficient use of raw materials and reduce production wasteMaintain a safe, clean, and organized production environmentEssential requirements: Bachelor of Engineering in reputable university, ideally in agricultural or science.Up to 10 years of experience in food manufacturing at least 3 years as TL roleProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiarity with ERP systems, document management systems, and virtual communication tools.Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesStructured and organized working styleHigh level of responsibility and commitmentAbility to work under pressure and meet production targetsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsTeam-oriented mindsetVery good communication skills in English (written and spoken)Contact:If you fulfill the above requirements and are excited to work for a multinational corporation, please send your CV including home address & supportive certificates to HR@agrananilefruits.com.Closing Date:30 June 2026Confidentiality is guaranteed.As a global company, we are very proud of our diverse workforce and attach great importance to equal opportunity and diversity.
