For more information, visit us at www.amideast.org.Position DescriptionThe Program Specialist provides essential administrative and operational support to the English Language Department, focusing on corporate educational programs (online and in-person). This role ensures high-quality delivery, efficient coordination, and responsive service to participants and corporate clients.ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination & DeliverySchedule and manage closed English language classes for corporate clientsConduct site visits and oversee logistics, operations, and administration of training sessionsSchedule Zoom sessions and distribute links to instructors and participantsManage private tutoring logistics and classroom assignmentsCommunication & Client RelationsCreate and manage WhatsApp groups for corporate classes and general EL programsCommunicate regularly with participants via email, WhatsApp, and phoneAdministrative & Financial SupportReport session delivery and attendance to corporate clientsTrack corporate numbers for PO coordination with Sales ManagerRequest monthly invoices and submit backup documentation to FinanceOrganize pay sheets for instructors and trainers for review and approvalAssist with procurement, travel, and accommodation logistics for corporate clientsAcademic & LMS ManagementAdminister placement tests and group participants accordinglyUpload classes, quizzes, and materials to the LMSTrack attendance and performance; follow up on issuesCoordinate certificate issuance upon course completionDocumentation & ReportingMaintain organized records on Amideast SharePointUpdate program tracker weekly with attendance and progressProvide regular updates and reports to stakeholdersAdditional SupportObserve evening classes as neededAssist with grant-related tasks and PMP material access requestsRequiredQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSBachelor’s degree2+ years of work experience Knowledge of or experience in development programsExcellent professional communication skills (written and oral)Excellent command of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferredExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesTeam-oriented with independent work capabilityAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented and proactiveTOEIC score of 800 and strong Arabic communication skillsThe physical demands and work environment that have been described is representative of those employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
