Applicants can expect to join a mission-driven organization committed to high standards of service and ethical conduct.RESPONSIBILITIESGet test center ready for the day to deliver examsOperate computer software and other test center equipmentOperate a video camera, DVR, digital camera, telephone system, and alarm systemProvide security at the testing facility. Ensure all locks and security systems are properly usedOperate the computers systems used to check-in examinees and deliver testsInteract professionally with test takersCheck in candidates according to client specifications, escort them into testing area, and instruct examinees on use of computerTake required security precautions when candidate arrives for testing by checking two forms of identification, taking an image capturePerform biometric procedures, both during check-in & before and after breaksLaunch exams and monitor candidates while they are taking their testsSign candidates out of testing room when testing is complete, or for breaksEnd the exam; collect note boards, scratch paper and exhibits; printing score reportsDeal with potential cheating situationsSupport in scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examsFile daily reports. File unusual situations & center problem reportsCommunicate with Prometric’s Global Test Center Support to escalate technical and immediate issuesDeliver Testing Accommodations examsResolve problems & handle difficult situations, e.g., technical malfunctionReceive candidate telephone calls and provide appointment confirmations and directions to the test centerResponsible for passing auditsOther customer service, operational, administrative, or duties directed by Prometric Test Center Manager.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor’s degree of any disciplinePreferred background: Customer Service/Support , Quality, Education,international examinations fieldKnowledge of basic PC operations and Windows. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferredExposure to computer hardware and networksArabic & English fluency is requiredMust be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organizationAbility to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructionsAbility to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situationsStrong customer service-orientedAccountable, results orientedVigilant, disciplined, and diligentTeam player
