IGS & Partners is seeking qualified Project Analysts to support the delivery of a high impact Executive Leadership Development Program in Egypt.This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in management consulting, research, and leadership development programs who are looking to contribute to a strategic national initiative. Location: On-site, Egypt Commitment: Part-time (3 days per week) over 18 months (230 working days)Key Responsibilities:• Conduct in-depth research and develop high-quality project reports.• Manage pre- and post-training assignments through the Learning Management System (LMS).• Support learner engagement and facilitate communication throughout the program.• Contribute to project execution, milestone delivery, and client presentation development.• Provide operational support to facilitators in planning and managing training activities. Requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Management Consulting. Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Leadership Development Programs. Minimum 1 year of experience delivering projects within Egypt.
