Job SummaryThe Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data models while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and data models to ensure efficient data retrieval.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs.Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for reporting issues.Provide insights, trends, and recommendations to support business decisions.Document data definitions, business logic, and report specifications.Support ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing data initiatives.Required QualificationsStrong experience in SQL (queries, joins, subqueries, performance tuning).Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (fact and dimension tables, star schema).Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with data warehouses and ETL processes.Key SkillsData analysis and visualizationSQL and database managementBusiness understanding and KPI developmentAttention to detail and data accuracyCommunication and stakeholder managementWorking RelationshipsWorks closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical teams to ensure accurate and actionable reporting.Key Qualifications:Proven experience (2+ years) in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI.Proficiency in SQL and database management.Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights to stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.Very strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create high-quality presentations.Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and equations.Experience in Excel dashboard creation and automation.Experience in the call center field.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Power Query language and data transformation.Knowledge of advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions.Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights.Collaborate with different departments to identify key business metrics and deliver data-driven solutions.Work on data modeling and report automation processes.Soft Skills Required:Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy.
