This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing multilingual projects, coordinating linguists and vendors, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery for global clients.This is a fully remote night-shift role, aligned with international client time zones, with flexibility in working hours and readiness to work in shifts when required.Key Responsibilities:· Manage end-to-end localization projects from kickoff to delivery· Coordinate with translators, editors, reviewers, and external vendors· Prepare project instructions, timelines, and delivery schedules· Monitor project progress, deadlines, and budgets· Ensure adherence to quality standards, style guides, and client requirements· Perform basic QA checks and support linguistic quality assurance processes· Handle client communication related to project execution and delivery· Lead and handle calls/meetings with end clients when required· Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting· Leverage CAT tools and AI-assisted translation technologies to improve efficiency and consistency· Support continuous process improvement and workflow optimization.· Demonstrate flexibility and availability to work night shifts and rotational schedules when· requiredRequired Qualifications & Experience:· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Languages, Translation, Communications, or related).· 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager· Prior experience in the localization / translation industry is strongly preferred· Solid understanding of localization workflows, file types, and QA processes· Practical knowledge of CAT tools and familiarity with AI-powered translation and QA tools· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills· Strong written and verbal English & Arabic communication skills· Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple stakeholders· Confident communicator with the ability to lead calls with end clients· Experience with TMS platforms or project tracking tools is a plus What We’re Looking For· Highly organized, detail-driven, and reliable· Technically curious and comfortable adopting AI-enabled workflows· Flexible and adaptable with working hours in a remote environment· Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules· Calm under pressure and deadline-oriented· Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skillsPreferred Attributes:· Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.· Experience managing high-volume or complex multilingual projects.· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.· A proactive mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.What We Offer• Fully remote role.• Nightshift based scheduling with flexibility.• Collaboration with a well-established regional localization company.• Exposure to international clients and high-profile projects.• Supportive, professional, and growth-oriented work environment.Location: RemoteShift: Night Shift 3 PM to 12 AM Amman/Jordan TimeIndustry: Localization / Translation / Language ServicesPreferred Candidate Location: Egypt (to support operational alignment and shift coverage)If you’re passionate about language, project management, and working with leading brands and consultancies, we’d love to hear from you!📩 Please apply directly here: Apply Now
