This role functions as the focal point between management, technical teams, procurement, and site operations, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of quantity tracking, invoicing, documentation, and milestone follow-up across all active projects. The Project Coordinator ensures that nothing is overlooked, no deadline is missed, and every stakeholder has the information they need to make informed decisions at every stage of the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in coordination with the Project Manager and relevant stakeholdersMonitor day-to-day project tasks, track progress against deadlines, and proactively follow up with team members to ensure timely delivery.Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent, clear, and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain accurate project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, risk logs, and action item trackers. Prepare periodic progress reports for management review.Coordinate the allocation of resources, materials, and team capacity across active projects to avoid bottlenecks and ensure smooth operations.Identify potential risks and project issues early, escalate appropriately, and support the development of mitigation plans to minimize impact.Track project expenditures against approved budgets and support the preparation of budget reports in coordination with the finance team.Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications, timelines, and quality standards.Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and review sessions, preparing agendas, capturing decisions, and ensuring follow-through on action items.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and templates to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, project management, business administration, or a related field.3 years of proven experience in project coordination with international organizations.Preferred professional certifications in PMP. Core SkillsProficiency in Project Planning and scheduling techniques.Experience with Procurement and Tendering processes.Excellent Reporting skills, with the ability to prepare and present clear and concise project updates.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under pressure.Professional written and verbal communication skills.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project tracking platforms.Proficiency in ERP systems and financial management platforms.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.LanguagesEnglish: Professional (written and spoken).Arabic: Native or advanced proficiency is required.
