Document Control Administrator (Project-Based – Healthcare Project)Type of contract : project based contractAs part of our continued involvement in delivering high-quality healthcare projects, we are seeking to appoint a Project Administrator to support ongoing healthcare project deployments.Role Overview:The selected candidate will support the project team in documentation control, reporting, coordination, and tracking of medical equipment and systems activities, ensuring efficient project execution and proper information management in line with project requirements.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize shop drawings, technical submittals, and project documentation Track and update medical equipment delivery, installation, and T&C progress Prepare and format technical reports, logs, and meeting minutes Coordinate meetings with suppliers, main contractor, and project stakeholders Support follow-up on snagging items and corrective actions Maintain and update the medical equipment database (status, location, documentation) Ensure proper document control and version tracking across all project records Assist in payment documentation tracking and filing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in project administration (construction or healthcare projects preferred)Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Microsoft projects is a plusExperience in document control and reporting systems is an advantageVery good command of English (written and spoken) is essentialStrong organizational, coordination, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
