KEY DELIVERABLES:• Actively participate in recurring problem root cause analysis (RCA) to effectively resolve operational breakdowns and minimize their impact on production.• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs in SAP, ensuring optimal equipment performance and reliability.• Establish local engineering standards for the plants in alignment with global standards, promoting consistency and best practices.• Provide accurate costing estimates for various projects, enabling informed decision-making and budgeting.• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality.• Implement strategies to reduce energy intensity in the plants, fostering sustainability and cost savings.• Develop and cultivate relationships with local vendors to meet various procurement requirements, ensuring a reliable supply chain.• Maintain comprehensive records and report capital expenditure (CAPEX) spending, as well as forecast future expenditures.• Forecast CAPEX for a period of 3 to 5 years, enabling long-term financial planning and resource allocation.• Collaborate with the team to execute cost optimization projects, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing effective solutions.• Manage the ordering cycle for imported spares, ensuring timely procurement and minimizing disruptions to operations.Purpose:To establish strong systems, processes & standards in Engineering as well as project executionKey Accountabilities:Adherence to laid-down CAPEX policies & reporting.Developing engineering standards & ensuring adherence.Cost optimization through engineering solutions.Energy Management.Qualifications:Must be Bani suef residents or willing to relocate to Bani suef A bachelor’s degree in engineering.Proficiency in the English language.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field within the FMCG industry.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is expected.
