The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects end-to-end in alignment with PMO governance standards. The role ensures structured planning, accurate tracking, proactive risk management, effective stakeholder communication, and high-quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities Project Planning & Delivery ExecutionDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and critical path.Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and ensure alignment toward project objectives.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.PMO Governance & Project TrackingEnsure adherence to PMO processes across all active projects.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans, tasks, risks, and issues.Ensure all project issues, risks, and tasks are logged and updated in a timely mannerRisk Management & EscalationIdentify project risks and define mitigation actions.Monitor project risks and issues and escalate in line with the defined escalation matrix.Track milestone delivery against plan and proactively escalate potential delays.Ensure tasks without clear delivery timelines are identified and addressed.Stakeholder Communication & ReportingAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.Provide regular and structured project updates (target: weekly reporting).Conduct periodic status meetings for active/high-priority projects.Ensure meeting outcomes and actions are documented and communicated clearly.UAT documentation and signoffsTechnical and integration documentsEnsure documentation supports smooth knowledge transfer and project continuity.Conduct proper handovers to backup PMs during planned absences.Documentation & Knowledge ManagementMaintain complete and up-to-date project documentation in the centralized repository, including key artifacts.Ensure documentation supports project continuity and smooth handovers.Conduct structured handovers to backup PMs during planned absences.Project Closure & Continuous ImprovementEnsure projects are formally closed in line with PMO standards.Complete all required handover documentation.Capture and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement.Contribute to enhancing PMO processes, templates, and governance practices.Team Collaboration & SupportFoster a collaborative and accountable team environment.Support team members in resolving delivery challenges.Promote effective communication across all project stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.2-4 years of overall professional experience, with proven experience in a Project Management role.Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is preferred.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
