Project Planning & ExecutionLead the full project lifecycle from design coordination and planning through execution and final handover.Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.Ensure successful execution of projects in line with company objectives and approved schedules.Construction ManagementManage daily site operations and monitor construction progress.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Cost Control & Budget ManagementMonitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control measures.Review variations, claims, and project expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.Support procurement and commercial teams in evaluating project costs and contracts.Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the main point of contact between internal departments, consultants, contractors, and management.Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates and reports to senior management.Resolve project-related issues and ensure timely decision-making.Risk & Quality ManagementIdentify project risks and develop mitigation plans.Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required.Team LeadershipLead and supervise project teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.Provide guidance, direction, and support to site and technical teams.Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is a must.10-15 years of experience in construction and project management.Proven experience managing large-scale commercial projects such as administrative buildings, malls, and mixed-use developments.Strong background with reputable real estate developers and construction companies is required.Solid experience in project planning, execution, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.Ability to manage project timelines, contractors, consultants, and site operations effectively.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project lifecycle, and quality standards.PMP Certification is an added advantage.Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project phases simultaneously.
