Project Manager - SEVEN

Main Job Purpose:Leading and delivering end-to-end Product and Technology initiatives by planning, executing, and monitoring projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and resources, and acting as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and quality standards, while driving effective communication, project governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across project delivery processes.Main Accountabilities :Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and department heads.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.Facilitate regular project status meetings, produce clear and concise status reports, and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned.Manage cross-functional communication between technology, products, operations, risk, compliance, and finance teams.Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers, escalating to leadership where necessary.Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners (e.g., core banking system providers, payment processors, fintech integrators) on delivery schedules and SLAs.Maintain project documentation including BRDs, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and change control records.Track and manage project budgets, resource allocations, and timelines against baseline plans.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination, sign-off collection, and go-live readiness assessments.Drive a culture of delivery discipline and continuous improvement within the team.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a consumer finance, banking, or fintech environment.Solid understanding of financial products such as consumer loans, installment financing, credit facilities, or related banking products.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, API documentation, and system architecture diagrams.Understanding of digital banking infrastructure, including core banking systems, mobile applications, and third-party integrations.PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.Agile Project Management Certification • Scrum Master Certification.Strong Command of English.
