Job Purpose:Support the Learning & Development team in implementing and coordinating training initiatives that enhance employee growth and organizational capability. The intern will gain hands-on experience in learning operations, content creation, and performance development programs in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Job Responsibilities:Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning events across departments.Support in tracking training attendance, feedback, and completion rates to ensure program effectiveness.Help maintain and update learning databases, records, and dashboards to monitor employee learning progress.Contribute to the development of training materials such as presentations, guides, and e-learning content.Assist in evaluating training programs through surveys and reports, summarizing insights for improvement.Research new learning trends, tools, and technologies to support continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate with internal trainers, external vendors, and HR business partners to ensure smooth program execution.Support the on boarding training process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and scheduling sessions.Maintain organized digital and physical files of all training-related documents and feedback forms.Participate in ongoing L&D projects such as digital learning implementation, competency mapping, and performance development initiatives.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Basic understanding of Learning & Development concepts and HR functions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of learning platforms is a plus.Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude toward learning.Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
