Accountabilities:Leading and driving the performance of the Commercial Sales function by developing sales strategies, managing a team of property consultants, expanding the company's commercial real estate portfolio, and maximizing revenue generation across primary sales, leasing, and resale transactions.Main Job Purpose:Develop and execute commercial sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.Identify growth opportunities across commercial real estate segments, including offices, retail, mixed-use developments, and investment properties.Drive revenue growth through primary sales, commercial leasing, and resale transactions.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify new business opportunities.Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial property consultants to achieve sales targets.Set individual and team KPIs and monitor performance against established objectives.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans.Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and strategic partners.Support the team in managing high-value transactions and complex negotiations.Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums.Oversee the acquisition, management, and optimization of commercial property inventory.Ensure the availability of quality listings across primary, leasing, and resale portfolios.Monitor pipeline performance and sales funnel effectiveness to maximize conversion rates.Ensure accurate maintenance of CRM records, sales activities, and client databases.Prepare periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence updates.Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve productivity and commercial performance.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and Operations teams to support commercial initiatives.Work closely with developers and partners to promote commercial projects and campaigns.Contribute to the development of commercial policies, processes, and best practices.Work Environment: In Office: 90%Out of Office (Travel): 10% Work Hazard: Normal Job Requirements:Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or any related Field.Experience: 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and investment transactions.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Experience managing sales teams and driving business growth.Skills Leadership and People ManagementBusiness Development and Relationship ManagementCommercial AcumenNegotiation and Influencing SkillsFinancial and Market AnalysisCommunication and Presentation SkillsProblem Solving and Decision-Making Tools and SystemsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
