Project Manager

ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgetsCoordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project executionMonitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlinesIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and dependenciesEnsure effective communication across all stakeholders through regular updates and reportsTrack project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectationsConduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learnedQualificationsMinimum 10 years of Project Management experienceProven experience in Telecommunications and/or Fintech industriesStrong IT project management background is mandatoryExperience must be focused on technology and IT delivery projects (commercial or business PMO profiles will not be considered)PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is requiredExperience with Agile frameworks and project delivery methodologiesFluent English communication skills (written and verbal)Professional, presentable, and confident personality with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
