The Projects Associate Manager for North Coast Projects at Hyde Park Developments will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the North Coast Projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale projects in the North Coast ProjectsCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are metMonitor project progress, manage schedules, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completionEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standardsPerform regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that ariseFacilitate effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the projectsAssist in budget preparation and management, ensuring projects are completed within allocated budgetsPrepare and present project updates and reports to senior managementEngage in problem-solving to address all obstacles and challenges that may impact project completionIdentify best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives in project management processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field11 - 14 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or real estate developmentStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsProficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with North Coast market and regulations is preferred
