The Property Consultant will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, ensuring a professional and supportive experience. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting property options, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and financing basics. The role involves negotiating offers, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to close transactions efficiently. The Property Consultant is also expected to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local real estate projects, attend training sessions, and actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate property solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, present information clearly, and manage negotiations.Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-up, and long-term client relationships.Sales acumen, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques in a target-driven environment.Foundational real estate knowledge, preferably with experience in the Egyptian market or similar markets.High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all client and partner interactions.Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule, and travel within Cairo for meetings and property viewings.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; real estate certifications are an advantage.Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, properties, and client communications.Fluency in Arabic and strong command of English (written and spoken) are highly desirable.
