Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on suitable investment and development opportunities, conducting property viewings, and preparing proposals aligned with client needs and financial objectives. The role involves managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and offering high-quality customer service throughout transactions. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, track market trends, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate regulations and developments. Additional responsibilities include negotiating offers, assisting with documentation, and contributing to sales targets and business growth.Qualifications Strong Consulting skills, including the ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored real estate and development advice.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.Proven Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and a client-focused approach in every interaction.Solid Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.Practical Real Estate knowledge, especially in the Cairo market, including property valuation, local regulations, and development processes.Relevant experience in property consulting, brokerage, or real estate development; experience with investor clients is an advantage.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred; proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office is beneficial.
