The Property Consultant will advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, with a focus on premium and luxury assets. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating offers and contracts in line with company standards. The role involves maintaining an up-to-date understanding of local market trends, property values, and regulatory requirements, as well as building and nurturing long-term client relationships. The Property Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate listings, high-quality marketing materials, and a seamless client experience from first contact through to closing and after-sales follow-up.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain effective client relationships Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to meet and exceed targets Experience in conducting Training or coaching is an asset Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Real estate experience is a significant advantage Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software tools Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred
