Job Summary We are looking for results-driven property Consultants to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We manage large-scale projects in prime real estate locations including Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, Heliopolis (Hotel Project), Nasr City, and Saudi Arabia. We also offer opportunities for travel and relocation to our international branches in Riyadh, Jeddah, Kuwait, and Abu Dhabi.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present and promote the company’s real estate projects to prospective customers. Conduct meetings, property presentations, and site visits for clients. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals efficiently. Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using the CRM system. Prepare periodic sales and client activity reports for management. Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitors, and new projects. Handle client inquiries and objections professionally. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and efficient sales process. Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities representing the company. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Attend team meetings and share best practices and market insights. Job Requirements2 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent presentation and client relationship management skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
