The Property Consultant will manage the full client journey, including identifying prospects, conducting needs assessments, and presenting suitable real estate options. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through closing. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property inventories, and competitive offerings. The Property Consultant will also handle client inquiries, provide ongoing customer service, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth transactions.Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate real estate solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.Proven customer service capabilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships and managing client expectations professionally.Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding targets.Working knowledge of the real estate market, property types, and transaction processes.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage field visits, and handle a dynamic schedule.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.Comfort using CRM systems, basic office software, and digital communication tools.Previous experience in real estate or a related sales/consulting field is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
