PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations Management:Oversee daily mall operations ensuring optimal functionality and tenant satisfactionSupervise facility management, maintenance, security, cleaning, and technical servicesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulationsManage vendor contracts and monitor service quality Tenant Relations & Leasing Support:Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address concerns promptlyCoordinate lease renewals and support leasing team with prospective tenantsConduct regular tenant meetings and property inspectionsEnsure tenant compliance with lease agreements and mall regulations Financial Management:Prepare and manage annual operating budgetsMonitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunitiesOversee rent collection and service charge reconciliationPrepare monthly financial reports for client review Client Reporting & Communication:Provide regular updates to mall owner/client on property performancePrepare comprehensive monthly management reportsPresent strategic recommendations for property improvementEnsure transparency and timely communication on all property matters Team Leadership:Supervise on-site staff including supervisors, security, and maintenance teamsConduct performance evaluations and provide trainingFoster a professional and efficient work environment Marketing & Events Support:Collaborate with marketing team on promotional activities and eventsEnsure mall presentation meets brand standardsSupport tenant marketing initiativesKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:Tenant satisfaction and retention ratesBudget adherence and cost controlOccupancy levelsProperty condition and maintenance standardsClient satisfaction
