We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate engineer to join our team as a Proposal Engineer. The candidate will support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in responding to client requirements and tenders. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants to start a career in technical sales and proposal management.Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals in response to client inquiries and tenders. Review tender documents, specifications, and client requirements. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to collect required information. Prepare cost estimations and basic technical documentation. Ensure proposals are submitted accurately and on time. Maintain records of proposals, documents, and client communications. Support the business development team with presentations and technical clarifications when needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering). Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience. Good command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to work under deadlines and within a team environment.Additional Requirements Strong communication skills. Willingness to learn and develop in a technical sales environment. Willingness to travel if required.
