JOB DETAILSJob Title: Proposals Team LeaderSector/Business Line: Elsewedy Electric T&D.Scope: Transmission & Distribution.Department: CommercialReporting Line: Proposals Manager.Key Accountability:Review the Tender Documents completely.Prepare the Clarifications request.Review the complete report about the project and identify the functions required for the site survey.Attend site visit and pre-bid meeting.Review the request for quotation (RFQ) and follow up with the suppliers on all requirements.Review breakdown for materials according to client requirements.Prepare the supplier's evaluation.Check and review the technical offer and prepare a comment if it exists.Review the documentation of the technical proposal against the client's requirements.Review the closing of the project after tender opening.Reports monthly on the progress of his Main Activities.Performs other duties as assignedTechnical Competencies:Strong Experience with Construction activities (Mandatory)Experience in Technical office Work (Highly Preferred)Experience in Tendering process (Highly Preferable)Background of Major Engineering Design Software (ETAP, Dialux... etc.) (Recommended)Management & Teamwork organization abilities (Highly Preferable)Qualification & Education:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)Minimum 9 years of experience.Experience in Power Projects (S/S & OHTL).Language: English & Arabic
