Contracts Engineer

JOB DETAILSJob Title: Contacts Engineer.Sector/Business Line: ElSewedy Electric T&D.Scope: Transmission & Distribution.Department: Contracts.Accountabilities:Review, analyze, coordinate and reply to contractual correspondences with Subcontractors, Clients, Partners.Gathering and organization of data related to contractual claims, study and preparation of findings, and preparation and update of claims logs pertaining to Subcontractors, Clients, Partners.Gathering and organization of data related to variations and preparation and update of variation logs with Subcontractors, Clients, Partners.Review Subcontractor's contractual obligations such as Bank Guarantees, certificates of insurance, etc.Attend weekly progress meetings, preconstruction meetings, variation meetings, and other project management meetings as required.Follow up on subcontractors’ adherence with Subcontract Provisions and making the necessary adjustments as applicable.Create, update and maintain all contract administration logs and issue contracts reports.Provide recommendations and lessons learned for improving the contract administration and contract formation processes.Reports on Monthly Basis on the progress of his Main Activities.Direct Manager: Contracts Section Head.Education Background:Education: Bachelor of EngineeringCertificate: CLAC or CPAM (In Progress) or ACIArbYears of Experience: from 2 to 5 yearsLanguage proficiency: Arabic – English/FrenchComputer skills: MS Office
