Develops the annual PR & Communications plan including strategy & budgets.Develops media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.Coordinates all public relations activities and events.Maintains existing media relationships, and generates new contacts within business and industry media.Manages media inquiries and interview requests.Creates content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations.Monitors, analyzes and communicates PR results on a quarterly basis.Evaluates opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.Inclusively understands the industry trends affecting customers, and makes appropriate recommendations regarding the communication strategy. University degree from a reputable organization, preferably with marketing and PR specialization.Post graduate degree of Marketing and PR , or in business in general will be a solid plus.Minimum field experience of 10 years, preferably if possessing previous experience in Real Estate Industry.Possessing a strong business and governmental network, with a proven track record of implementing successful PR and Communication Campaigns.Extraordinary communication skills including writing and speaking.Strong experience in using social media platforms.Strong experience in events planning and management.Real Estate Experience
