Understand purchasing needs and requirements.Identify suppliers and vendors for goods and services.Negotiate with suppliers regarding price, quality, delivery time, and other terms.Prepare purchasing terms and conditions, as well as quotations.Create purchase orders and ensure they match approved requests.Review and analyze invoices to ensure accuracy.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.Monitor warehouse stock levels and replenish materials when needed.Work closely with the sales team members.Inspect inventory quality on a regular basis.Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.Prepare and submit inventory reports to the Purchasing Manager.Resolve shipping-related issues faced by suppliers.Update order details in the internal database system.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market developments. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related fieldExcellent negotiation and communication skills.Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.Good command of English (written and spoken).
