You will manage the end-to-end international procurement lifecycle to ensure a continuous, compliant, and cost-effective supply of high-quality food raw materials. The role requires strict adherence to customs and regulatory requirements, including coordination with the National Food Safety Authority (NFSA).Key responsibilitiesPurchase execution: Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders to international suppliers in line with procurement strategy.Operational negotiation: Conduct day-to-day negotiations with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and terms for individual orders.Supplier sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential global suppliers and gather required documentation.Supplier relations: Act as the primary operational contact for foreign suppliers and resolve routine issues.Import logistics: Coordinate international shipments from supplier to final delivery, working with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers.Documentation management: Prepare, review, and manage all import documents with 100% accuracy (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis, Health Certificates, Form 4, etc.).Regulatory coordination: Manage NFSA and EDA requirements including White List registration, import permits, and release approvals.Customs clearance: Liaise with customs brokers and regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance and minimize delays.Issue resolution: Respond to in‑transit issues, customs holds, or delivery discrepancies and escalate complex matters to the Supply Chain Head.Data & reporting: Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and track operational KPIs (Supplier On‑Time Delivery, Supplier Lead Time, Supplier Defect Rate).Internal collaboration: Work closely with Planning and Finance to ensure material availability and timely payment reconciliation.Qualifications & skillsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.1–3 years’ experience in foreign purchasing / international procurement, preferably within the food supplements industry.Proven experience managing import documentation and coordinating with NFSA and EDA (White List registration, import permits, release procedures).Strong negotiation and supplier‑management skills.Excellent written and spoken English.Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Why join Klick?Work in a specialist environment backed by over 20 years of local market experience.Opportunity to work with an international supplier network and develop import and regulatory expertise.Supportive team and clear opportunities for professional growth.
