In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and supporting commercial growth within the B2B pharmaceutical and nutraceutical ingredients sector. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales performance and strengthen long-term business relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentExecute proactive prospecting activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.Promote the company's portfolio of branded ingredients and raw materials through consultative and solution-based selling.Schedule customer meetings and support product presentations and commercial discussions.Contribute to achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.Customer Relationship ManagementSupport the development and maintenance of relationships with key accounts, manufacturers, and strategic customers.Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-up.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business opportunities.Market Intelligence & Commercial SupportMonitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Assist in developing commercial strategies based on market insights and customer feedback.Collaborate with marketing teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and business development initiatives.Track supplier performance and market developments to support informed commercial decisions.Operational CoordinationCoordinate with logistics, finance, regulatory, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and projects.Maintain and update sales pipeline data, customer information, and business activities within the CRM system.Support forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking activities.Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring timely customer support.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience, including at least 1 year in B2B sales of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or specialty ingredients.Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical ingredients market.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Good negotiation and commercial awareness.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and spoken English.Why Join Klick?Be part of a growing organization with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.Work with leading international suppliers and innovative ingredient solutions.Build strong relationships with key industry players across the region.Enjoy a collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
