QA Operator

DescriptionEnvision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a QA Operator for one of our partners, a global leader in Information Technology Services & Consulting!Job Summary:The QA Operator ensure files meet quality standards and client specifications. Responsibilities include developing procedures, conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams to address quality issues. The goal is to uphold product quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve production processes.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the production/Operation managers to develop strategies for optimizing production efficiency and effectivenessDevelop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, equipment, and files generated to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standardsCollaborate with Production/Operation teams to establish quality control measures and resolve any quality-related issues or concernsMonitor and analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in quality performanceProvide training and guidance to operation staff on quality control processes, procedures, and best practicesInvestigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actionsMaintain accurate documentation and records of quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions takenResponsible for the follow-up of maintenance & calibration of audio machineSheet on machine (presence and correct filling)Anticipation of maintenanceFollow up in PowerBIParticipate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and drive quality- related projects:Use JIRA Work management to coordinate with OperationsUse JIRA Work management to coordinate on QAR testing cyclesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in quality management, industrial engineering, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in media, production, or digitization environmentsSolid knowledge of quality methodologies such as:Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control (SPC)Root Cause Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)Familiarity with production workflows in audiovisual or IT-related fields is a strong asset.Experience with quality standards relevant to digital preservation, broadcasting, or cultural heritage institutions (e.g., IASA guidelines) is preferred.Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project).
