Lead and manage all QA/QC activities across the plant.Ensure strict control of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Monitor corrugation, printing, die-cutting, and finishing processes to ensure compliance with specifications. Take full ownership of customer complaints and drive effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and control plans. Oversee laboratory testing (ECT, burst strength, GSM, moisture content, etc.) and ensure accuracy of results. Lead internal audits and ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Collaborate closely with Production to resolve on-floor issues and reduce defects and waste. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing QA/QC team. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. 7–10+ years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing.Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong hands-on experience in Corrugated Boxes Manufacturing is a must. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective on-floor decisions. Strong problem-solving skills with a high ownership mindset.
