QA and Food Safety Director for multiple food manufacturing factories that leads multi-site food safety programs, ensuring compliance with Egyptian Food safety standards, HACCP ,ISO and GFSI standards he monitors Labs, QA Validation ,Final Products Assurance and Refrigeration Controls across manufacturing and distribution channels Core ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Compliance: Enforcing standards including HACCP, GMP, and local regulations (e.g., the Egyptian Food Safety Authority).Audit Readiness: Directing the preparation for third-party, customer, and regulatory audits.Quality Leadership: Mentoring site QA Managers, standardizing policies company-wide, and building executive-level KPIs.Risk Management: Leading root-cause analyses, overseeing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and managing product recallsLead Microbiology Labs for Food Safety ValidationsSupplier Governance: Manage vendor verification protocols, ingredient documentation, and incoming raw material standards. CAPA Management: Lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations to trace root causes of deviations or consumer complaints. Culture & Training: Cultivate a facility-wide culture of safety and oversee continuous training programs for plant personnel Essential Qualifications & SkillsEducation: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science and Microbiology.Experience:from 10 to 15 years with the last 3 years holding the same position in food manufacturing environment especially cold stores experience, ideally in multi-site leadership.Certifications: ISO certification , GMP, Certified HACCP Auditor, or SQF Lead Auditor.Technical Software: Experience managing traceability modules through enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms like SAP.Communication skillsLeadership SkillsResults orientation Strategic Management skills
