● Monitor and improve the overall quality rating of agricultural products through customer feedback and internal assessments. ● Maintain a high level of compliance with industry regulations and certifications, with minimal incidents of non-compliance ● Continuously reduce the defect rate by implementing corrective and preventive actions. ● Achieve a 95% or higher success rate in both internal and external quality audits ● Decrease the cost of poor quality by identifying and addressing quality-related issues efficiently. ● Evaluate and improve the performance of the quality assurance team based on established performance metrics. ● Maintain complete and accurate records of quality control procedures, tests, and inspections.
