Quality Control Analyst

Key Accountabilities:Monitor and verify process parameters across production area assigned (IQF, sorting, packaging and loading area).Ensures that process controls comply with approved work instructions, process sheets and quality standardsRecord, analyze and report non-conformities in their assigned areas.Review and verify key control points (CCP and OPRP)Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to adjust processes when quality trends deviate from targets.Support root cause analysis for deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions.Develop and maintain trend reports for key quality metricsPrepare daily reports for process performance and quality checks.Experience:Bachelor's degree, Agriculture / Science / Production engineering1-3 Years of experience in food industrySkills:Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of HACCPAttention to detailsCommitment to safety and food integrityAbility to handle conflict effectively.Adaptability for fast-changing production conditions and priorities
