Warehouse Lead

Key Accountabilities:Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goodsMeasure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performanceOrganize and maintain inventory and storage areaDesigns and presents warehouses daily and monthly reportsEnsure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracyImplementing FIFO modelDetermine staffing levels and assign workloadInterface with customers to answer questions or solve problemsMaintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse statusIdentify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practicesConfer and coordinate activities with other departmentsManages for the monthly stock count and accountable for the resultsImplement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.Meet cost and productivity plansOrganize technical trainings for the teamAssist the warehouses management in meeting the department budgetManage and Train StaffMaintain the company quality and food safety procedures during the shipment through receiving and deliveringAcademic and professional qualifications: BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a relevant fieldFMCG Experience.Experience: 5-7 experience at same field
