The role ensures full compliance with customer specifications, international standards, and company requirements, while preventing defects and supporting continuous quality improvement.⸻Key Responsibilities:1. Pre-Production Inspection* Verify alignment between pre-production samples and order specifications* Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards2. In-Process Quality Control* Monitor production processes and identify defects early* Record detailed inspection results and report non-conformities* Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely corrective actions and prevent recurring issues3. Final Inspection & Pre-Shipment* Conduct inspections (random or 100%) according to company SOP and AQL standards* Evaluate product quality including appearance, measurements, functionality, packaging, and labeling* Identify and segregate non-conforming products, track rework, and perform re-inspections* Issue final inspection reports and approve products for shipment4. Quality Data & Continuous Improvement* Analyze inspection data (defect rates, recurring issues, process gaps)* Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects5. Compliance & Coordination* Ensure all inspection activities comply with international standards* Collaborate with procurement, production, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues and handle customer complaints6. Documentation & Sample Management* Maintain approved samples and ensure traceability* Manage quality documentation including inspection reports, defect logs, and CAPA records⸻Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred)⸻Experience:* Minimum 1-2 years of QC experience in packaging and trims manufacturing or factory-based quality control is preferred* Knowledge of trims and packaging processes and common defects is an advantage⸻Technical Skills:* Strong knowledge of AQL standards and inspection procedures* Ability to assess defects in appearance, measurements, and functionality* Proficiency in using inspection tools (color standards, testing tools, etc.)* Basic computer skills; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus⸻Language:* Good command of English (written and spoken)⸻Core Competencies:* High attention to detail and strong quality mindset* Ability to enforce standards and make objective quality decisions* Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during peak production periods
