Quality Control Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee QC laboratory operations and ensure compliance with GMP and pharmacopeial standards.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Oversee all QC laboratory activities and testing• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and pharmacopeial standards• Review and approve analytical results• Manage method validation and method transfer activities• Handle OOS investigations, deviations, and CAPA processes• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment• Support audits and regulatory inspections• Lead, mentor, and develop the QC team🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy• 8–12 years of experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry• Strong knowledge of QC testing, laboratory systems, and analytical techniques• Hands-on experience with GMP, ISO, and pharmacopeial standards• Strong investigation and problem-solving skills• High attention to detail• Leadership and laboratory management capabilities• Good command of English (written & spoken)
