Establish quality control procedures and protocols for the 3D printing, lost wax casting, chain, and metal forming production areas.Monitor production processes and perform regular quality audits to identify and address any issues or deviations from standards.Analyze quality data, recommend corrective actions, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot problems and provide technical guidance on quality-related matters.Maintain detailed documentation on quality control measures, test results, and corrective actions.Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and the company's quality management system.Train and mentor production staff on quality best practicesStay up to date with the latest quality control methodologies, technologies, and industry trends. Bachelor degree in engineering.3-5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role, preferably manufacturing, or a related industryProficient in quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control, Lean Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skillsAbility to interpret specifications, and quality data.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
