Develop, implement, and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies, methodologies, and reporting processes.Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and maintain the corporate risk register, ensuring key risks are identified, evaluated, and effectively managed.Partner with business functions to develop, monitor, and enhance risk mitigation plans and control measures.Monitor risk exposure, key risk indicators (KRIs), emerging risks, and compliance with approved risk appetite and tolerance levels.Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for Senior Management, Audit Committee, and Board-level review.Provide risk advisory support for strategic initiatives, projects, business changes, and operational decisions.Promote a strong risk culture through awareness programs, training, and guidance across the organization.Monitor regulatory developments, emerging risks, and industry trends to assess potential impacts on the business.Coordinate with Internal Audit and other assurance functions to ensure alignment of risk management and assurance activities.Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise risk management matters and support the integration of risk management into business planning and decision-making processes. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.Relevant professional certification is preferred CIRM, CRMA, FRM or PRM.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in risk management, governance, internal controls, compliance, or internal audit.Experience in KSA/GCC and in retail, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is preferred.
