Quality Control SpecialistLocation New Cairo Industrial Area, Cairo, Egypt About the Role Talent 360 seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Specialist to join a leading biotechnology company specializing in molecular diagnostics and laboratory solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality control activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting the production of high-quality molecular diagnostic products. This role requires hands-on experience in DNA/RNA extraction and Real-Time PCR techniques. Key Responsibilities Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Conduct DNA/RNA extraction and Real-Time PCR testing according to approved procedures and specifications. Review batch records, test results, and quality documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure adherence to GMP requirements, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and internal quality procedures. Investigate, document, and report deviations, non-conformities, and quality-related issues. Maintain laboratory records and QC documentation in accordance with established procedures. Participate in method verification, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities. Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment. Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in a Quality Control role within biotechnology, molecular diagnostics, IVD, or pharmaceutical industries. Strong hands-on experience in DNA/RNA extraction and Real-Time PCR techniques is essential. Good understanding of GMP requirements and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
