Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials and finished products meet our high-quality standards through rigorous inspection, data-driven analysis, and continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Inspection: Perform comprehensive inspections of raw materials, systems, and finished goods to ensure full compliance with internal and external specifications. Standard Development: Define, implement, and update quality and production guidelines to maintain operational excellence.Data Analysis & SPC: Utilize statistical methods (such as Statistical Process Control) to monitor production processes, analyze defect trends, and identify areas for quality enhancement.Technical Problem Solving: Investigate root causes of production malfunctions or defects and implement effective, long-term solutions. Documentation: Prepare detailed daily and technical reports regarding defects, malfunctions, and proposed corrective actions. Coordination & Training: Collaborate closely with production teams and suppliers; provide technical training to subordinates to elevate the team’s quality skill set Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science. Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in a quality-focused role. Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Hands-on experience with measurement tools, as well as paint and materials testing equipment. Languages: Good command of the English language. Preferred Certifications: While not mandatory, certifications in ISO 9001, GMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing are highly valued
