The main work location will be at 6th of October City.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Supervisor based in 6th of October City. The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all online training programs meet the highest standards of pedagogical excellence, technical stability, and learner engagement. You will monitor live sessions, audit recorded content, and evaluate the technical proficiency of trainers to ensure a seamless and impactful learning experience. Job ResponsibilitiesReview all training materials (decks, handouts, and videos) to ensure they meet branding standards, instructional design quality, and factual accuracy.Conduct "shadow sessions" to monitor live classes, evaluating trainer delivery, body language, and student interaction levels.Ensure technical standards are met during sessions, including microphone clarity, background noise cancellation, and HD video stability.Audit assessments and quizzes to verify they accurately measure the intended learning outcomes.Analyze learner feedback and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to identify instructional trends and areas for improvement.Provide detailed, actionable coaching reports to trainers regarding their technical proficiency and pedagogical performance.Evaluate the trainer’s ability to use digital tools (screen sharing, whiteboards, breakout rooms) without technical delays.QualificationsMust possess expert-level technical knowledge equivalent to the courses provided by the academy (Voice Over, Dubbing, Radio, and Podcasting) to effectively audit the knowledge transfer from trainers to students.A strong command of the Arabic language (Modern Standard Arabic) is essential for auditing pronunciation, script accuracy, and vocal delivery.Advanced proficiency in using laptop-based teaching tools and platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).Deep understanding of pedagogical excellence and what constitutes a high-quality online learning experience.Familiarity with the hardware requirements for media production, such as microphone setups and audio-visual troubleshooting.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide constructive, professional feedback to trainers.Ability to interpret data from feedback surveys and audits to drive measurable quality improvements.Ability to manage multiple audit cycles across various course schedules simultaneously.Advanced experience using virtual classroom tools, specifically Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, including the use of breakout rooms, digital whiteboards, and advanced screen-sharing features.Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, training supervision, or instructional design, preferably in an e-learning or media environment.Specific professional experience in VO, Dubbing, or Broadcast Media is mandatory.Previous experience working in a "Training & Quality" department within a media academy or production house.A background in Media Production or Vocal Arts.
