Quantity Surveying Engineer

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs for architectural and structural works.• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget.• Review shop drawings and compare with BOQ.• Prepare interim payment certificates and final accounts.• Evaluate subcontractors’ invoices and variations.• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.• Track project progress and cost deviations.• Assist in tendering, pricing, and contract administration.• Ensure all work complies with contract documents and specifications.• Prepare cost reports and financial updates. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.• 5–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (Site-based).• Strong experience in architectural and structural works.• Very good knowledge of BOQ, contracts, and cost control.• Experience in reviewing drawings and extracting quantities.• Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Good communication and teamwork skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
