Architect Site Engineer

• Supervise all architectural works on-site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.• Ensure proper implementation of finishing works with high quality standards.• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and method statements.• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions on-site.• Conduct regular site inspections and report any discrepancies.• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.• Liaise with consultants and project management teams to ensure smooth workflow. • Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.• 5–10 years of experience in site supervision (architectural works).• Strong knowledge of construction details and finishing works.• Experience in reviewing shop drawings and BOQs.• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit is a plus)
